The field kitchen trailer of 300 liters M95 A1, is made for cooking meals in war and peace time conditions, on maneuvers, exercises and camping's. It can be operated on different terrain and weather conditions, in stationary position and in motion. It uses solid fuel (wood and coal). With the kitchen meals with boiling, frying and baking can be prepared. It is equipped with two boilers duplicators out of 100 liter, one boiler of 100 liter, two pots for warm water of 30 liter each, oven and a space heater.
The kitchen is mounted on one torsion axel that is equipped with an inertial brake. The height of the towing rode can be adjusted according to the towing vehicle. In the set there is a special tent for protection of meteorological conditions, spare parts and tools, fire extinguisher and a technical manual for handling and maintenance

The tent is made of impregnated, waterproof material and an aluminum construction. It is equipped with spare parts and tools, a kit for packing and a technical manual for handling and maintenance.

BOILER DUPLICATOR

The boiler duplicator is hermetically closed pot made from anticorrosive steel plate. It has double walls and between them there is glycerin oil, which transfers the heat from the firebox to the boilers so that the food is protected from over burning. On the edge of the boiler there is a measurement bar for level of the glycerin. On the cover co the boiler is build a valve for overpressure, and on the front there is clamp for fixation of the cover and for safety opening the cover during the cooking The valve for overpressure is use for regulation of the pressure In the boiler. The valve is open when the pressure is above 0,05 bars

REGULAR BOILER
The regular boiler is like the boiler duplicator except there is no double walls and there is no filling of the glycerin oil. There is also valve for overpressure and a clamp same as the boiler duplicator.

 

POT FOR WATER
The field kitchen trailer 300IM95A1 has two pots for water they are placed left and right from the chimney. They are made from anticorrosive steel plate and they have volume of 30 liters. If it is necessary they can be take off the kitchen and they have a cover that hermetically closes a valve for overpressure and a clamp for the cover. The water in the pot is heated from the fumes from the chimney.

HEETING PLATE
The heating plate is placed above the stove in the firebox on the front side of the kitchen. It is made from anticorrosive steel plate with thickness 3 mm and it is use frying food and can be used only when the kitchen is not moving.
